 BAt least five times or more a week I incorporate vegetables and   fruits2
 CI have fruit and vegetables every day. I drink fresh juices throughout   the day, often having juices when in a    hurry and no time to eat3

(12 – 20) – You need to take notice of your skin routine and maybe take a look at changing some of your eating habits. Your skin will benefit from some healthy choices and a good skin routine. Try it and you will notice the difference with not only the way you start to feel more energetic and healthier, your skin will thank you too. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and drinking plenty of water, having plenty of sleep, are all important to keep us healthy and our skin in great condition.

It is important to enjoy yourself at the same time and not take things too seriously, yet keeping a balanced lifestyle that is healthy. Sometimes we can go overboard.
