Your Skin Ageing Quiz Results
Add your points from all 12 questions. Your total will fall between 12 and 36 points. Remember, the score is for reflection and enjoyment; it cannot tell you your biological age or predict wrinkles.
12–20 Points: Time for a Little Extra Self-Care
You may have a few everyday habits that could benefit from some attention. Start with something manageable, such as cleansing gently before bed, using appropriate sun protection or making time for sufficient sleep. Small, consistent changes are often easier to maintain than a complete overhaul.
21–28 Points: You’re Building Helpful Habits
You’re already making some thoughtful choices. Keep enjoying a balanced lifestyle and consider whether there is one area you’d like to improve. Looking after your skin doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive.
29–36 Points: Keep Up Your Balanced Approach
You’ve developed plenty of supportive habits. Remember that good skincare isn’t about doing everything perfectly. More moisturiser, more water or more exfoliation isn’t automatically better. Listen to your skin, enjoy life and keep your routine comfortable and realistic.
A Final Thought From Michelle
There is an old saying about how the skin we have changes as we move through our twenties, thirties, forties and beyond. I prefer to think of it this way: our skin tells the story of our lives, and every stage deserves care and kindness.
Genetics and natural ageing play important roles, so no quiz or skincare routine can promise youthful-looking skin forever. But gentle cleansing, moisturising, UV protection and healthy everyday habits can help us care for the skin we’re in.
